Haven Wellness is seeking a qualified Personal Trainer and Mat Pilates Instructor in Sydney’s Inner West, NSW. This opportunity combines regular casual shifts with the flexibility to build an independent personal training business within an established movement studio. The role includes one-to-one personal training, semi-private training for up to three clients, small-group Mat Pilates and strength classes, client support, and light studio administration. Instructors may also have opportunities to develop specialised sessions, workshops and wellness programs. Haven Wellness offers an inclusive, body-positive environment focused on helping people of different ages, abilities, body sizes and movement backgrounds feel welcome. Applicants should hold Certificate III and IV in Fitness, a recognised Mat Pilates qualification, and current First Aid and CPR certification. They should be confident adapting exercises for different needs and delivering supportive, inclusive coaching. The position offers casual shifts at AUD $45–$50 per hour plus superannuation, with the option to build an independent personal training client base at an estimated AUD $60–$95 per hour.
