Addicted to Pilates Academy offers an in-person Reformer Pilates Instructor Certification at its Oatley studio in Sydney. This comprehensive training programme is designed to develop the practical knowledge and teaching skills required to instruct Reformer Pilates classes. Participants explore anatomy foundations, a repertoire of more than 170 Reformer exercises, effective cueing, class planning, injury modifications and pre- and postnatal exercise adaptations. The programme also includes practice-teaching opportunities to help participants develop confidence and practical teaching experience.
