Universal Practice's UP Edu Clinical Mat & Reformer Pilates Course is a three-day practical training programme designed for health professionals who want to develop their clinical Pilates teaching and exercise prescription skills. Created and taught by physiotherapists, the evidence-informed course combines applied anatomy, biomechanics and motor control with practical instruction in movement analysis, exercise selection, sequencing, cueing and communication.
